1. Refunds if applicable will be offered only within 10 days trail period from the date of purchase of course or service

2. If the course access is wrongly delivered with conclusive evidence then we are open to extending full refund.

3. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete email address and contact number. If agreed by 360 investing team that you are eligible for Refund, Processing refunds may take up to 5 – 8 Business Days.

4. Refund will be credited within 7 working days in customer bank account.
